Wildcat Camp

We just got back from a long over due trip to Point Reyes where we got to enjoy the ocean, a quiet beach, bonfires, the company of curious sea lions and shooting stars.

The Sky After Work

I like to take pictures of the sky, especially when the sky looks like cotton candy. They sky was especially cotton candy-like today, and right after work I ran over to the shore near my home to see if I could capture it with my camera. The water is really close to my house, only one mile drive, yet within minutes those beautiful clouds were gone :( I took some picture anyways. There nothing that I like more than pink skies, except maybe seeing fog spill over mountains from afar.

Watercolor Twilight Bunny

This is my baby Fluffballs. A shot of the initial drawing on my OHP, before one of the light-bulbs broke on it. It made a terrible breaking sound and started to smoke. Fortunately it didn't catch on fire.

Almost Done

Miss my Garfield in 1:12 scale so here it is in 1:144. Need to make wooden shingles for it. Not looking forward to that.

Garage Sale Score

I am over the moon with my "new" pasta machine. My old one broke three years ago after using it for about a year. It wasn't the best, flimsy as heck, and the lever would come off every time I'd would use it. I can't remember what brand it was but it was cheap...only $15 dollars if I remember correctly. My boyfriend spotted this one at a garage sale and it was only $7! It's a quality heavy duty italian pasta machine I'm in love with. It even came with the accessories to make ravioli and spaghetti, not that I will be using them though. Like I said I'm completely over the moon.
